Yesterday’s Hero Signs with Artist First Management

Tiffin, Ohio- September 20, 2026: Yesterday’s Hero is taking the next step in its career with the announcement of a new management partnership with Artist First Management.

The Ohio rock band has officially signed a management deal with Artist First Management, led by Shawn Flaherty, as the band continues working on new music and building its presence in the rock community.

Artist First Management Partnership

For Artist First Management, the decision to work with Yesterday’s Hero came down to the band’s potential, work ethic, and where the band can go with the right strategy behind them.

“This isn’t about simply putting a manager’s name behind the band,” says Shawn Flaherty of Artist First Management. “There’s a lot of work that goes into developing a band and building a career. We’re going to take the time to build a real plan, work the plan, and look for opportunities that actually make sense for Yesterday’s Hero.”

The new partnership will focus on several areas of the band’s career, including new music, live shows, promotion, branding, media exposure, industry relationships, and overall artist development.

Yesterday’s Hero is also entering this partnership with new music and bigger goals ahead.

“We’re excited about what we’re building with Artist First Management,” says Yesterday’s Hero. “This is a new chapter for us, and we’re ready to put the work in and see where we can take this.”

Artist Development

Artist First Management takes a hands-on approach to artist management, working directly with its artists to develop realistic career strategies while maintaining open communication throughout the process.

For Yesterday’s Hero, this is about more than simply having management. It’s about having a team working alongside the band as they continue to grow.

The partnership is already moving forward, with Artist First Management beginning work on the band’s upcoming plans, EPK revision, and release strategy.
