What has Jared James Nichols said about the tour?
Nichols is not hiding his excitement. “Europe! I am coming for you,” he says. “The price of diesel cannot slow this Train down. Come out and support. I guarantee we are gonna bring Dirty, Sweaty, Rock n Roll for your Soul!!”
Anyone who has seen him live knows that is no idle boast. Nichols plays without a pick, attacking the strings with his fingers, and his shows are loud, sweaty and built on big riffs and bigger solos. The run keeps the celebration of Louder Than Fate going well into 2027.

Many of these rooms are small clubs, so the best nights may sell out. Buy from the official links only and steer clear of anyone selling tickets on social media, where fake tickets turn up for club shows like these all the time.
Is the Jared James Nichols tour coming to the UK?
Not on this run. There are no UK dates on the Europe Tour 2027, so British fans who want to catch him early next year will need to travel. The easiest options are the opening night in Ittre, about half an hour south of Brussels, which is simple to reach on the Eurostar, and the final show in Paris on Tuesday 16 February 2027.
UK fans have had a decent share of Nichols in recent years. He tore through a November and December 2025 UK tour, which included the Nottingham show we reviewed, and in 2026 he returned for a one-off UK exclusive at The Craufurd Arms in Wolverton. If a UK leg is added later in 2027, we will have the dates.
What is Louder Than Fate like?
Louder Than Fate came out on 5 June 2026 via Frontiers Music Srl and is his fourth studio album. It was produced and mixed by Jay Ruston, whose credits include Anthrax, Stone Sour, Amon Amarth, Skindred and Steel Panther. Roger Alan Nichols, known for his work with Larkin Poe and Tyler Bryant & The Shakedown, produced and mixed three of the songs.
It is a heavy, soulful record. Thunderous riffs sit alongside more reflective moments, and songs such as Bending Or Breaking and Killing Time bring in keyboards and strings without losing any punch. If you missed it first time round, our Louder Than Fate album announcement has the backstory and the video for Pretend.
What is the Louder Than Fate track list?
- Let’s Go
- Ghost
- Way Back
- Bending Or Breaking
- Killing Time
- Dust N’ Bones
- Show Me
- Looks Like That Felt Good
- Runnin’ Hot
- Pretend
The Japanese edition adds an acoustic version of Killing Time, and the digital release includes the bonus track The Death Of Love.
What songs could Jared James Nichols play live?
Expect plenty from Louder Than Fate. Way Back and Dust N’ Bones both have official videos, and Nichols has described Dust N’ Bones, co-written with his friend Jacob Bunton, as “an all-out anthem for anyone who lives and breathes good old-fashioned rock & roll”. The album was built for the stage, so the new songs should sit comfortably next to fan favourites from his earlier records Old Glory & The Wild Revival, Black Magic and his self-titled 2023 album.

Who is Jared James Nichols?
Born in Wisconsin and now based in Nashville, Jared James Nichols has spent more than a decade building a reputation as one of the hardest-working guitarists on the circuit. His fingers-only, no-pick style gives his playing a raw snap that is instantly recognisable, and he has shared stages with some of the biggest names in rock along the way. He has his own Epiphone Blues Power Les Paul Custom signature guitar and a signature Blackstar amp, and his fans gather under the Blues Power banner.
He has been a regular in UK clubs for years, from the Tufnell Park Dome to Nottingham’s Rock City, and every one of those nights has been a reminder of just how good he is in a small, packed room.

Rock News final word
Sixteen nights, nine countries and a free show in Krakow: the Jared James Nichols tour is exactly the sort of run that suits him best, small rooms, loud amps and a crowd close enough to see his fingers fly. There are no UK dates this time, but Ittre and Paris are an easy trip from Britain, and on this form it would be worth the journey. Grab tickets from the official ticket page and get Louder Than Fate on repeat before January.
