Full Massive Wagons Lancaster support lineup revealed, with Saturday now completely sold out.


Lancaster’s own rock heroes, MASSIVE WAGONS, have officially announced the full Massive Wagons Lancaster support lineup for their monumental hometown shows at Lancaster University’s Great Hall on September 19th and 20th. With Saturday’s show already sold out and Friday’s tickets flying fast, the band is set to champion both established names and rising local talent.


Massive Wagons Lancaster support: Meet The Full Lineup


The full bill for the shows includes a mix of established heavyweights and rising stars. Joining the five-piece are scene heavyweights The Virginmarys on Friday and German rockers The New Roses on Saturday.

In a move to support their local music scene, Massive Wagons have also handpicked two Lancaster-based acts to open the shows: singer-songwriter Harrison Rimmer will take the stage on Friday, while indie-pop rockers Life In Neon will kick things off on the sold-out Saturday.

A ‘School of Rock’ For Lancaster’s Next Generation


Beyond the evening shows, Massive Wagons are continuing their commitment to the community with a special matinee performance on Friday, 19th September. In a true ‘School of Rock’ style event, the Great Hall will welcome over 500 schoolchildren and 60 staff members from 10 local schools for what might be their very first live rock concert.

The landmark hometown gigs come on the back of a hugely successful year. Their latest album, Earth To Grace, stormed the charts in 2024, hitting #1 in the UK Rock Album Charts.
