Elles Bailey Joins Star-Studded Milkfest 2026 Lineup
Award-winning UK blues sensation Elles Bailey – crowned UK Blues Vocalist of the Year and a rising force far beyond the genre – has been announced as a special guest at Milkfest 2026, the one-day charity blues extravaganza returning to London’s Indigo at The O2 on Sunday, March 1, 2026, from 2pm to 10pm.
Organised by English blues-rock band The Milk Men and promoted by Triple A Entertainment, Milkfest unites top British blues talent to raise vital funds and awareness for Dementia UK, the specialist nursing charity supporting families affected by dementia – a condition now impacting one in every two people in the UK as either sufferers or carers.
Elles Bailey’s addition is a major coup for the event. Already a Planet Rock radio host and one of the most admired voices on the scene, she brings her signature soulful power and storytelling to a bill packed with legends and rising stars.

“Elles is a bit of an all-round superstar, and we couldn’t be happier having her on the bill for Milkfest,” said organiser and The Milk Men guitarist Adam Norsworthy. “Her name is the icing on an already fabulous blues cake!”
Bailey added: “It’s an honour to be part of the Milkfest 2026 line-up alongside so many friends. I’m really looking forward to this very special event celebrating the wonderfully eclectic British blues scene, all in support of the incredible charity Dementia UK. Having experienced first-hand the devastation dementia can bring to the whole family, I’m proud to be able to support such an important cause and help raise awareness and vital funds by bringing people together through the power of music.”

Why Milkfest Matters: Supporting Dementia UK
Dementia is the UK’s leading cause of death and a growing health crisis. Every three minutes, someone develops the progressive condition, devastating entire families. Dementia UK provides life-changing support through Admiral Nurses – specialist dementia nurses offering free advice via the national Helpline, face-to-face/virtual clinics, GP practices, hospitals, and care homes.
Milkfest 2025 (held in February 2025) raised over £8,000 for the Brain Tumour Charity. This year’s event continues the tradition of using music to make a real difference – with all profits going directly to Dementia UK.
