Beat The Streets 2027: Nottingham Festival Raises £50,000 for Rough Sleepers – Tickets On Sale Now

Nottingham came together once again for Beat The Streets in January 2026, with more than 58 artists, bands and poets performing across city-centre venues to raise vital funds for rough sleepers.

It has now been confirmed that this year’s festival raised more than £50,000 for Framework Housing Association. Every ticket, merch sale, tombola and drink purchased is going directly towards completing brand-new high-quality supported homes in Basford, complete with round-the-clock care.

This brings the cumulative total raised by Beat The Streets since its launch by DHP Family in 2018 to £604,155. The money has funded everything from new accommodation and the Covid winter shelter to mental health support and street outreach programmes.

Today it was announced that Beat The Streets 2027 will take place on Sunday 31 January 2027, with tickets now on sale.

How the Money Is Making a Real Difference

Framework CEO Claire McGonigle said: “It’s fantastic to see Beat the Streets achieve another successful year. We’re incredibly grateful to DHP, the staff who give their time, and the artists who share their talent to make the festival possible. This year’s impressive total will go towards Lee House, our supported accommodation in Nottingham for men with a history of rough sleeping.”

Lee House is a powerful example of trauma-informed, compassionate supported housing that transforms lives.

One former rough sleeper, Lisa, 48, shared her story: “Without Framework, I wouldn’t be here now. They just kept coming to see me every day until I was ready to accept their help. The support I’ve received is so much more than just a bed… I’m finally taking the right steps to get my life on track.”

A golden ticket to a full year of Rock City shows added an extra £1,000 to this year’s total, and DHP is also backing the Rock Corps volunteering initiative with a special concert featuring Tinie Tempah and JayaHadaDream.

DHP MD George Akins said: “We are all really proud here to stage such an important event for our city, raising money for a vital cause that we care deeply about. Passing the £600k milestone in 2026 is brilliant and we’re already looking forward to next year.”
