Nickelback Make Me Love You Single Out Now From Everything Under The Sun

Nickelback Make Me Love You is out now, premiered on BBC Radio 2.

It is the latest single from Everything Under The Sun, due 30 October via Virgin Music Group. After “Rattle The Cage” (feat. John 5), “Leave Me Behind” and earlier No. 1 “Bones For The Crows”, this one turns inward.

The band frame it as opening yourself up when you already know what getting hurt costs — the gap between possibility and heartbreak. Romance and risk, not another cage-rattler.

“Rattle The Cage” was the heavy opener. “Leave Me Behind” was loyalty and letting go. Nickelback Make Me Love You is the album’s other side: melody first, still clearly them.

Everything Under The Sun is their first full studio album since 2022’s Get Rollin’. The title is the brief — arena riffs and quieter writing on the same record.

Rock News final word: Nickelback Make Me Love You will split rooms the usual way. If you wanted another “Rattle The Cage”, this is not it. If you wanted the band doing the vulnerable chorus they have always sold, this is the one Radio 2 was always going to play.
