Def Leppard Volume 4 Box Set Collects 2015–2023 Albums and Rarities
Def Leppard have released Def Leppard Volume 4, the fourth of six volumes covering the band’s complete recorded output.
Available as 180g vinyl and limited-edition CD box sets via UMR, it brings together the studio albums from 2015 to 2023 — Def Leppard, Diamond Star Halos and Drastic Symphonies — in original packaging, plus a large rarities haul curated by Joe Elliott. Many of those extras appear on vinyl and CD for the first time. All albums were mastered by Ronan McHugh at Ro’s Garage.
Joe Elliott said:
“At last! It’s here! Volume 4 gathers together our remaining studio albums and some very interesting bonus material. Some of the bonus bits are quite recent but there is also something that was lost in the vaults for over 33 years until earlier this year. We’re extremely excited to finally put this box set in front of you, it’s a great listen and a good read too!”
Each rigid box includes a hardback book with rare Ross Halfin photography, liner notes by Classic Rock’s Paul Elliott, and exclusive interviews with Joe Elliott, Rick Savage, Rick Allen, Vivian Campbell and Phil Collen.

Previously unreleased “Revolution”
Also in the rarities set is a cover of The Beatles’ “Revolution”, originally cut for a TV advert that never ran. It is out now as a preview from the Rarities album.

Rock News final word: Def Leppard Volume 4 is the modern-era shelf in one hit — three studio albums plus the vault stuff Elliott has been sitting on. The unused Beatles cover and the 33-year-old rediscovery are the reasons to buy it if you already own the proper LPs. Two more volumes still to come.
