Creeping Jean Live Business At The Barn EP Out Now

Brighton-based fuzz-rock force Creeping Jean cap 2025 with the release of Live: Business At The Barn EP on Tuesday December 16, 2025 – a four-track live session bottling their explosive energy from Agricultural Audio barn studio in East Sussex. Capturing reimagined cuts from 2024 album Business Is Dead alongside bold covers of Donna Summer’s “I Feel Love” and The Rolling Stones’ “The Last Time,” the EP showcases the band’s loose, urgent live wire vibe that’s earned them supports with Rival Sons, The Sheepdogs, and even drew Jimmy Page to a sold-out 100 Club gig.

Guitarist Rod Bourganos calls the barn their “unofficial headquarters”: “Trying to capture our increasingly electrifying live energy at the barn felt very fertile and worthwhile.” Bassist Kirk Steaggles: “People often say they love our raw, wild performances… so it was great to channel some of that energy.”

The “I Feel Love” cover – a disco-to-rock reinvention – stems from romance, per Rod: “Having fallen madly in love, I couldn’t help but suggest ‘I Feel Love’… Now we have a version we’re proud of! Might even make the set list.” Frontman Olly Tooze: “Who doesn’t love a disco dancefloor banger? It came together like a dream.” “The Last Time” originated from a cappella warm-ups supporting Rival Sons.

Filmed by Sam Saskia Dugon and produced by Dan Crook, the session videos dropped on YouTube – watch the playlist for full barn chaos.
