This House We Built Unveil New Single “Coming Home To You” | Autumn 2025 Album Get Out Of The Rain and UK Tour Dates Announced
Scarborough rockers This House We Built have released their new single “Coming Home To You,” the second single from their upcoming second album Get Out Of The Rain, slated for Autumn 2025. Available now with an official video here, the track follows last month’s release of “Addiction” and showcases the band’s evolving sound. The band has also announced a series of UK live dates, highlighting a busy autumn ahead.
Coming Home To You: A Story of Resilience
“Coming Home To You” explores the theme of confronting relationship challenges head-on and choosing to rebuild and resolve. Frontman Scott Wardell shares the video’s behind-the-scenes journey: “We had the whole crew ready to go, and then the day before, the location fell through. Luckily, we called Sledmere House, where we previously shot ‘Fly Me Up To The Moon’, and they graciously allowed us to use their church again. Also helping us out was Paul, Tom & Henry from Pulse Audio Visual who pulled out all the stops. We can’t thank them enough.” The last-minute switch resulted in a video the band is proud of, now out for fans to enjoy.

Get Out Of The Rain: A New Chapter
The upcoming album Get Out Of The Rain promises a varied balance of tracks, reflecting the band’s dedication. Scott adds, “The new album is really sounding strong… All the band have really knuckled down and have all put 100% into every beat and note, we cannot wait for you all to hear where we are now.” Comprising Scott Wardell (vocals, guitar), Andy Jackson (guitars, vocals), Chris Mayes (drums, vocals), and Wayne Dowkes-White (bass), the quartet is poised to build on the success of their self-titled debut, praised by Classic Rock and Powerplay Magazine.

Breakout Summer and Live Dates
This House We Built has had a standout summer, captivating audiences at major UK festivals including Call Of The Wild, Love Rocks, Wildfire, SOS Festival, and Maid of Stone. MetalTalk hailed their Maid of Stone set as “a set that was reminiscent of the ‘80s and brought that summertime feel-good vibe,” while ERB Magazine noted their Love Rocks performance: “They smashed it… ‘80s styled radio friendly rock style was just what the assembled needed.” The band’s live momentum continues with these dates:
