Skindred Drops New Single ‘If I Could’ from Forthcoming Album ‘Smile’
Skindred has done it again! After blowing away the audience at Takedown Festival’s main stage, the band released their latest single ‘If I Could’ from their upcoming album, Smile. The track showcases a different side of the album, with a singalong chorus that delivers stadium rock vibes. The upcoming Skindred album, Smile, is shaping up to be possibly their best album yet!
Inspired by the lockdown and the impact it had on the world, Skindred’s frontman Benji recalls how much he hated 2020. However, he remains optimistic about 2023, as the band has released new music and is set to drop a few more monsters from their album, Smile. With the KISS tour and their headline tour supporting the new album, Benji believes that 2023 is a very exciting time to be in Skindred.
‘If I Could’ follows the recent releases of ‘Gimme That Boom’ and ‘Set Fazers’ – dancefloor bangers that showcase Skindred’s trademark ragga-metal to maximum effect.
