Mammoth WVH Set to Release Mammoth II Album on August 4th.

Mammoth WVH is back with a bang as it gears up to release its second album Mammoth II. The album features ten tracks and will be available globally on August 4th through the band’s new label, BMG. Mammoth II was recorded at the renowned 5150 studio, produced by Michael “Elvis” Baskette, and is currently available for pre-order in multiple configurations.

A One-Man Show

Wolfgang Van Halen, the mastermind behind Mammoth WVH, is known for writing all his songs and performing all the instruments and vocals himself. For Mammoth II, he set out to challenge himself to go beyond what his fans had already come to know him for. The album features diverse and unique sounds, ranging from the rocking opener “Right?” to the Beatles-inspired closer “Better Than You.”

The debut single from Mammoth II, “Another Celebration At The End Of The World,” is an upbeat rocker that sets the tone for the album. Its music video, directed by Gordy De St. Jeor, serves as an 8:25 introduction to Mammoth WVH’s live band, which now features Frank Sidoris (guitars), Jon Jourdan (guitars), Ronnie Ficarro (Bass), and Garrett Whitlock (drums).

Mammoth WVH has announced plans to tour globally in support of Mammoth II. The live band, comprising Wolfgang Van Halen, Frank Sidoris, Jon Jourdan, Ronnie Ficarro, and Garrett Whitlock, is currently on the second leg of its US tour, supporting Alter Bridge before moving on to massive tours playing alongside Metallica and Def Leppard/Motley Crue. The band will also make various festival appearances worldwide, including at the UK’s Download Festival, as well as headline stops into 2024. More dates will be announced in the near future, and tickets and details for all Mammoth WVH appearances can be found on their official website.
