Massive Wagons (Second Stage) Sunday
Through the power of social media the ‘Massive Wagons’ have been requesting their audience turn up at todays show wearing as much pink attire as possible. Looking round the crowd in front of Downloads second stage there does appear to be a reasonable fan base who got the memo and complied with the request.
‘The Wagons’ appearance on stage was met with cheers from the crowd. Their popularity and growing fan base are certainly a product of the hard work, ‘The Wagons’ have been putting into performing live gigs and recording five studio albums with a sixth on the way.
Like a Duracell bunny with new batteries front man ‘Baz Mills’ starts running and hopping all over the stage as he puts in 110% effort into his performance. ‘The Wagons’ looked at home blasting out songs which included ‘The Curry song’, ‘Banging In Your Stereo’ & ‘Back To The Stack’ in front of the Download crowd.
Since the first time I saw the ‘Massive Wagons’ at a small festival up the road from Download at Pentrich Derbyshire I have seen them grow in popularity and performance skills.
Todays show was no different and can only expect ‘The Wagons’ to keep climbing up the Download rankings and making it to a prime spot on the main stage in the near future!!
Without a doubt this is one of the UKs best live bands, they never fail to impress, If you still haven’t seen them, make sure you catch them next time they tour.
