Fighting the Foo – A Very brief History of The Foo Fighters
Way back in 1994 the drummer from Nirvana, a Mr Dave Grohl recorded an album worth of songs, playing every instrument himself. The album was called Foo Fighters. The single “This is a call” was big hit in Australia and the UK. Eventually after taking Foo Fighters on the road it became more than Just Dave and a band was formed, but it had to go through a few changes before it became the band we know and love today. The Colour and the Shape the second studio album reached number 10 on the Billboard 200. The rest as they say is history and this year saw the release of the latest album Medicine at Midnight.
